Spanish Customer Support Representative
Fast growing iGaming company is looking for a Spanish speaking customer support representative join its team:
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email and phone.
- Escalate and work closely with different departments (technical, payments, marketing, etc).
- Extra tasks upon request (translations, campaigns, outbound calls).
- Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends).
- In addition to Spanish, candidate should also be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- A third language (preferably French or German) will be considered a valuable asset.
- Team player, multi-tasking, customer oriented, autonomous, proactive.
- Sense for critical problem analysis and solving, eagerness for personal and team development.
- Work experience in iGaming or customer support would be an advantage but is not a must.
