Spanish Customer Support Representative

Fast growing iGaming company is looking for a Spanish speaking customer support representative join its team:

Job description:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email and phone.
  • Escalate and work closely with different departments (technical, payments, marketing, etc).
  • Extra tasks upon request (translations, campaigns, outbound calls).
  • Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends).


  • In addition to Spanish, candidate should also be fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A third language (preferably French or German) will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Team player, multi-tasking, customer oriented, autonomous, proactive.
  • Sense for critical problem analysis and solving, eagerness for personal and team development.
  • Work experience in iGaming or customer support would be an advantage but is not a must.
